Description
The project aims to investigate the role of Gasdermin D (GSDMD) in mediating vascular inflammation and remodeling in neonatal mice exposed to excess oxygen, which models preterm-related neonatal morbidities. The study hypothesizes that downregulating GSDMD can protect against vascular and cardiac dysfunction caused by hyperoxia.
