Description
The NYS Office of Cannabis Management has been granted an exemption from advertising in the NYS Contract Reporter by the NYS Office of State Comptroller. OCM is currently contracting with Health Research Incorporated regarding The Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS), an ongoing, site-specific, population-based surveillance system designed to identify groups of birthing people and infants at high risk for health problems, monitor changes in health status, and measure progress towards health improvement goals.
