Scope of work: To provide material, equipment, and labor, unless otherwise noted, in order to perform the activities as listed below: -Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Mgmt 1 @ $ 2,584.00 = $2,584.00 -Provide two custom ordered and cut-down hallow metal flush steel doors - ONE with a MORTISE hardware prep and galvanized treatment for extra rust protection. To include two new door closers, commercial flushbolts, and Schlage L9080L MORTISE STOREROOM LOCK (#l9080l-17a-626) SPARTA HANDLE DESIGN lock with Interchangeable Core 1 @ $ 4,243.00 = $4,243.00 -Remove existing doors, closers, flushbolts, and hinges and carry down interior stairs 1 @ $ 1,625.00 = $1,625.00 -Install both of the new doors into existing frame to also include all new hardware installation. Includes hand carrying new doors and hardware up the interior stairs due to now elevator having access to the rooftop. 1 @ $2,640.00 = $2,640.00 -Paint both new doors and existing frame with Sherwin Williams DTM primer/paint to best match the existing doors. Due to UV exposure the existing paint may not be an exact match to any other items in that mechanical room. We will hand sand the existing frame to get rid of any surface rust and primer these areas prior to applying DTM paint 1 @ $2,200.00 = $2,200.00 -Clean-up work area and dispose of all debris off-site.
