Description

This contract was awarded to: Wajax Limited. Canada has a requirement to establish a standing offer for the supply of the 2027 models of Volvo Penta engines with their parts and accessories from the Original Equipment Manufacturer to Authorized Users (Federal Identified Users and Provincial/Territorial Identified Users) for deliveries across Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, except areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs), on an as-and-when requested basis. In addition, a standing offer will be issued under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business which will be for deliveries across Canada, except areas subject to CLCAs. The requirement does not contain servicing, installation, or repair and overhaul. In the event a client requires engines, inboard motors or stern drives to be delivered in CLCA area, this procurement will be treated as a separate requirement outside the standing offer.
