Description
This project aims to develop a remotely administered, digital cognitive safety monitoring system to track changes in cognition associated with adverse neurological events in patients undergoing anti-amyloid therapies for Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The system will utilize a brief, validated digital cognitive assessment via the Ambulatory Research in Cognition (ARC) smartphone platform, administered up to three times per week for approximately thirty weeks. The goal is to provide an accessible, cost-effective tool for clinicians to detect adverse neurological episodes early, prior to expensive MRI scans.
