This NIH-funded project aims to develop and validate a novel molecular photoacoustic imaging technique to improve treatment planning and monitoring for triple negative breast cancer patients undergoing antibody-drug-conjugate therapy.

Description

Develop molecular photoacoustic imaging using Trop-2-targeted contrast agents loaded with indocyanine green dye to non-invasively assess Trop-2 expression in triple negative breast cancer, predict and monitor response to sacituzumab govitecan therapy, and guide personalized treatment planning.
