Description
Granger-Hunter Improvement District (the District) anticipates issuing up to approximately $25 million of Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds for various water and wastewater projects. The District is seeking proposals from qualified firms for bond counsel services related to the issuance of such financing instruments. The term of the agreement will be a period of five years beginning approximately April 25, 2022. The District reserves the right to terminate the proposed agreement with thirty days written notice. Required services include providing expert legal counsel on issuance and sale of securities, preparing resolutions and legal documents, cooperating with financial advisors and underwriters, reviewing and preparing official statements, participating in drafting closing documents, attending meetings, and performing other bond counsel duties.
