Roof: Remove and replace the roof of the house with architectural-style shingles. 2 pieces of sheathing were noted to be bad and are included. Additional pieces will be charged at $85/sheet. Change Order #1 -; Soffit/Fascia: Repair house fascia metal wrap and soffit panels where missing or damaged. Remove and replace any visibly rotted fascia and/or soffit boards prior to wrapping.; Gutters: Remove and replace gutters on house using 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" oversized downspouts with hinged downspout extensions.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace 4 basement windows. One window will have an opening for the dryer vent to the side of the window. Provide new exterior perimeter metal wrapped wood framing for all windows. Inf; Tuckpointing: Tuckpoint house brick masonry throughout as needed. Use a mortar mix that matches the original in both color and strength to avoid cracking.; Services: Scrape and paint all lintels in brick at window and door heads with direct to metal paint to match existing.; Deck Repair: Powerwash and solid stain front deck boards.
