Soffit/Fascia: Remove and replace aluminum soffit panels and aluminum fascia wrap on house front rakes and above front door. Install new recessed light fixture above front entry door. Remove and replace metal; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters with 5" seamless gutters and 3"x4" sized downspouts with hinged extensions on house and garage. Add rain diverter on rake of extension roof in rear of house.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace 3 windows on front of house and 1 window on garage. Wrap window exterior trim with matching color aluminum brake metal. Replace rear entry door. Wrap brick mould trim with ma; Trim: Remove and replace brick mould trim around garage overhead door and entry door and wrap with matching aluminum brake metal.; Siding: Remove and replace siding on rear top gable of house with matching white vinyl siding.
