Micrometeorological Measurement Data Processing Services

The Idaho State Procurement has awarded a contract to purchase, install, and maintain three eddy covariance systems and related instruments to measure evapotranspiration (ET), reference ET, and consumptive use (CU). The contractor will manage data collection over three growing seasons from March 15th to November 15th, process raw data into ET, reference ET, and CU values, and compare these with satellite-based ET estimates, culminating in a report evaluating the satellite models. The contract includes procurement of measurement systems, data management, and analytical services, with a focus on environmental monitoring and data analysis.

Description

The contractor will purchase, install, and maintain three (3) eddy covariance systems and other instruments necessary to measure actual evapotranspiration (ET), reference ET, and consumptive use (CU). Data will be collected for three growing seasons defined as March 15th through November 15th. The contractor will manage the data storage, and process raw data to ET, reference ET, and CU values. The contractor will compare the ET data to satellite-based ET estimates and submit a report on the merits of the satellite-based models.
