Roof: Remove and replace roof.; Siding: Remove REAR ELEVATION siding down to the house wrap or sheathing. Install new .044 vinyl siding. Remove/Replace damaged soffit.; Window/Door Wraps: Wrap all windows and door trim with (WHITE) aluminum brake metal. Grind back stucco where applicable to set wraps. Caulk all wraps to seal them to home.; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove/Replace gutters and downspouts with 5" seamless gutters and oversized 3"x4" downspouts.; Doors: Remove/Replace (1) rear entry door with new steel entry door. Remove/Replace (2) storm doors with new, full glass storm door.
