Description
This project aims to understand how T cell receptors recognize tumor antigens presented by MHCs to improve antigen-specific immunotherapy. It involves combining machine learning with large datasets of TCR-pMHC pairs, structural biology, and computational modeling across four work packages: generating TCR-pMHC pairs, high-throughput matching using molecular engineering, structural and biochemical analyses, and AI-based prediction and design of TCR-pMHC interactions.
