The total amount of the Purchase Order has increased from $30,720.00 to $50,600.00, an increase of $19,880.00, authorized by David Murphy.; Fuel Surcharge Scope of Work: To provide the labor and equipment to clean Leachate Tank 1. In doing so, CBI will first Lockout tank/Lines, then perform CSE entry and manually vacuum out any residual leachate solids After which CBI will pressure clean interior. Once completed, CBI will vacuum out all waste and rinsate generated from pressure clean and dump on-site, in accordance with project proposal titled Tack 1 Leachate Cleaning submitted by Cliff Berry, Inc., on March 20, 2025.
