Description

Dental Services for Low-Income and Uninsured Performance Period: Oct. 1, 2024 - Sept. 30, 2025 Provide dental care services, including prescription drugs, laboratory and radiology, to uninsured, underinsured and medical indigent residents of Orange County. Outcomes shall be obtained from an electronic dental record database and provided to the County quarterly. Outcomes are due to the County by the 10th working day of the first month following the preceding quarter. At a minimum, quarterly outcomes will consist of: 1. Number of unduplicated patients with dental appointment 2. Services provided detailing patient encounters 3. Number of dental volunteers 4. Value of dental care provided Quarterly invoices shall be submitted by the 10th day of the first month of the current quarter. Invoices shall reflect the date, contract number, covered period and amount. Each quarterly invoice shall be $13,750.00 totaling $55,000 for the service period. Payments shall commence upon contract execution.
