QUOTE DATE: 04/01/2026 QUOTED BY: GRACE R. CSST/CDPH Certified (per 8-hr shift) Abatement Monitoring: Abatement monitoring to include visual inspections, review of contractor submittals, and asbestos air sampling. Costs for up to 2 shifts of asbestos abatement monitoring and project management, are included in this proposal. 1. Clearance samples will be read either at the building if there is a clean, secure area available or at our offices. 2. Upon completion of the field work and receipt of laboratory results, a clearance notice will be provided (Notice to Contractor Form). A report will be provided approximately 3 weeks later.
