### Description

Testing of KyA84, a Potential Male Contraceptive, in Man (Project I). The goal of our center is the development of novel male contraceptives that reversibly suppress sperm production in men. We have identified a drug, KyA84, that inhibits sperm production in minipigs. In this proposal, we will perform first-in-human studies of KyA83, which, when completed, will result in substantial progress towards the development of a safe and effective, oral, reversible contraceptive for men.
