This project aims to develop and validate ECLIPSE, a standards-aligned framework that converts full protocol eligibility criteria into computable, executable, and auditable artifacts applicable to structured and unstructured EHR data. The framework will facilitate more accurate and reproducible target trial emulations, improve trial feasibility assessments, and enhance the representativeness of trial populations.
