Description

CSC requires a reliable and safe supply of potable water and emergency water used for firefighting purposes to serve the Saskatchewan Penitentiary (SaskPen) in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The project involves designing and constructing a new water distribution facility, including a pumping station and reservoir. The design must conform to standards listed in Section 1.9 of the TOR. The project must be entirely independent, stand-alone for all power, systems, and infrastructure. The design includes a utility support building (Pump House) housing all pumping infrastructure into a single footprint, including primary valves, meters, electrical components, back-up generator with an integrated fuel tank, pumps, and ultraviolet (UV) systems, with consideration for future system integration.
