Description

During Phase II, the SAGE-Primary Care System developed in Phase I will be used in routine care and evaluated at 6 primary care clinics in the Pacific Northwest. The system enables screening for 45 behavioral health disorders and automated biopsychosocial assessments from home, with review capabilities for patients and clinicians. The study aims to optimize implementation, improve patient awareness, increase access to services, enhance outcomes, provide referral options, and demonstrate potential for generating additional billing revenue.
