Description
Support with data analysis and visualization for internal and public facing dashboards that communicate various aspects of its Homeless Services programs. The support needed will focus on maintaining internal dashboards as well as ad hoc projects to create new dashboards or reporting requests. The current technology used to manage the data and visualizations requires familiarity with R and data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI. TGG will provide the following support: Maintain internal dashboards such as queue trends, actively homeless weekly trends, calls for service, and emergency shelter client conferencing. Update current internal and external dashboards to a more visually appealing version. Identify and implement improvements in current data reporting and visualization processes. Ad hoc reporting and dashboard creation.
