Techniques include long-read high-fidelity sequencing of the MHC, single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), eQTL mapping, and phage sequencing to analyze antibody responses. The goal is to understand genetic associations, identify new disease mechanisms, and explore potential therapeutic targets, with implications for addressing health disparities.
