Description
Rehabilitation of deteriorated, leaking, and/or structurally jeopardized concrete and/or brick manholes, including concrete bottom manholes. Installation of a mortar grout (structural repair liner) and a Corrosion Resistant Barrier (100% solids epoxy) as per Specification 02957 “Manhole Rehabilitation”. Project includes twelve (12) sanitary sewer manholes at various depths. Contractor responsibilities include compliance with OSHA standards, traffic control, and notification prior to work. Payment and Performance Bonds required unless bid amount is below specified thresholds.
