WEBSITE CONSULTING- Julia Quinn- MBSS Scope of Work: Scope of Work: LA County Library to run paid digital campaigns in support of designated programs (stated below) on Meta and/or Google ads platform. Run targeted ads for May 23 author talk event at Mira Costa High School with Bridgerton author, Julia Quinn. Matt Rosenberg will help set up, run, and report on ad campaign(s). Project Specifics: ?
