Roof: Remove and replace roof with Owens corning duration class 3 architectural shingles. Cut back small roofline area in rear to create more fascia surface. CHANGE ORDER #1 - Replaced roof decking due to unf; Gutters/Downspouts: Remove and replace gutters with 5" gutters and 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extension.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace window on east side and back of house. Replace back porch entry door with new 6 panel insulated door. Install new storm door on 3 entry doors. Remove and replace two basement w; Siding: Remove and replace siding. Wrap all windows and doors (except new construction windows). Replace window or door trim as needed. Wrap all fascia with aluminum brake metal. Install aluminum soffit. Remove
