A multicenter randomized controlled trial to evaluate a novel precision ventilation strategy to reduce lung injury and improve survival in ARDS patients, supported by a Data Coordinating Center for trial management and data quality.

Description

This project aims to establish a multicenter phase III randomized trial to test whether a precision ventilation strategy improves 60-day mortality in moderate to severe ARDS patients. The Data Coordinating Center (DCC) will support protocol development, statistical analysis, community engagement, physiological data review, and data management, including building electronic case report forms (eCRFs), ensuring data quality, and fostering communication among sites.
