Description

Demolish partial sections of the sidewalk due to cracks and uneven surfaces. Concrete saw-cut a portion of the sidewalk near the tree to prevent future damage from root growth. Perform root work as needed. Add approximately 2 feet of concrete slab to maintain proper sidewalk alignment. Pour back using 3,000 PSI concrete. INCLUSIONS * Demolition of approximately 160 SF of sidewalk panels * Partial concrete saw-cut near the tree area * Tree root work as needed * Debris removal and dumpster * 3,000 PSI concrete pour at 4" thickness * Additional concrete path (~2 FT) to maintain sidewalk alignment * Site cleaning * All labor and materials required to complete the scope * Necessary equipment EXCLUSIONS: * Any electrical work * Any plumbing work * Any engineering, design, or permit-related work * Landscaping (including new plantings, sod, or irrigation) * Any sidewalk repairs beyond the specified area * Material testing or inspections * Pavers or stamped concrete finishes * Traffic controls or pedestrian routing TOTAL COST: $8,127.63 Notes: * Work will be performed Monday through Friday, day shift.
