Description

Prosper Portland requests competitive proposals from qualified contractors to provide preconstruction services in a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) capacity and all construction services needed to complete the renovation of the 910 Building into a Food Hall and Food Cart Pod in Portland, Oregon. The procurement will be conducted as an alternative public improvement contract solicitation method evaluating proposals on the basis of Best Value. The successful proposer will negotiate a preconstruction services contract, with possible amendment to include construction services phase.
