Description
This project aims to examine behavioral and neural markers of compulsivity with nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI), and trajectories of NSSI in autistic adults aged 18-45 years. The research integrates self-report, clinical interviews, fMRI task, and longitudinal data collection to characterize NSSI associations with behavioral and neural markers of compulsivity and identify NSSI trajectories. The goal is to contribute to targeted NSSI prevention and intervention programs for autism.
