The Orange County county government in Florida awarded CAFE CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT INC a contract on October 25, 2025, for approximately $99,184. Description

Scope: 1. Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Mgmt. 2. Architectural consultant for permitting 3. Remove three (3) existing double storefront doors and prepare to open, then install new dark bronze aluminum medium stile storefront doors with 1/4" tempered gray glazing. For positive latching, we will install a new keyed removable mullion, Schlage dark bronze rim cylinder housing, and Von Duprin dark bronze rim exit device with a night latch function. All doors are to have 80" continuous hinges. For other hardware, we will provide and install new Trimco 18" pull handles, bumper thresholds, and dark bronze door sweeps. The main front door to be a 6068 double door. The customer requested that this opening be ADA-compliant so that we can install a touchless wave automatic system. On the head of the frame, we will install a new Dorma ED100 dark bronze 75" push auto operator. For access, we will install new handwave touchless actuators, which will be surface-mounted on the inside and mounted to a bollard on the outside. Both buttons will work in conjunction with the operator. The inactive door panel will be exit only, while the active door panel will come with a Schlage dark bronze rim cylinder housing (less core) and a Motorized latch retraction kit. A door loop will be used to transfer the power from the frame to the active door panel. The side doors are being converted to a 4068 single door with a 1-lite sidelight to replace the double doors on
