Scope: Meadow Woods Bridge Repair WO #3141269 | CIP #0263-23-15 - Mobilization, General Conditions, Insurances - Pedestrian Control Devices and Bridge Closed Signs one pedestrian control setup per bridge, includes signage and safety fencing - Removal and disposal of existing 3" x 8" x 7'-11" PT lumber walkway planks on (2) existing pedestrian bridges. Dispose of removed materials at the landfill - Cut off approx 1' of each 2" angle iron edge covers (4 ends per bridge) that are rusted and weld new 1' pieces prior to sandblasting and repainting. Covers are a nonstructural piece and just a decorative cover on the edge pieces of the walkway planks - Sandblast surfaces to remove all loose rust and other detrimental foreign matter, apply one coat of Sherwin Williams Corothane GalvaPak Zink Primer Moisture Cure Urethane 1K Grey, Apply one coat of Sherwin Williams Macro Poxy 646 and One Coat of Sherwin Williams Acrolon 218 per materials spec provided by Orange County, Includes one mobilization per bridge - Install new 3" x 8" x 7'-11" PT Lumber #1 grade on walkway with torque head screws per detail, 8 screws per board - lumber needs to be cut to size for each installed piece - approx 64 boards per walkway. - Site Cleanup and Punchout . . .
