Description
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to provide clearance of transmission lines L05058A - L0508B, LL3340, L5256, L9091, & L9093 as per LES Specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete the LES Standard Services Contract, furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, and return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
