Description
The Ecological Analysis Core will develop and apply spatial ecological models and computational approaches to study tumor behavior, heterogeneity, and interactions within the tumor immune microenvironment. It will support two non-small-cell lung cancer-focused projects, including management and analysis of high-resolution histology images, with the goal of informing new therapeutic strategies.
