Description

This project aims to study treatment-resistant atopic dermatitis and paradoxical inflammatory skin side effects in patients treated with dupilumab to understand underlying mechanisms and develop better treatments. The study will analyze cellular and molecular features of the immune microenvironment in different skin lesion states using high-throughput techniques and characterize cytokine production and crosstalk with tissue microenvironment cells to create effective, stratified therapies for atopic dermatitis.
