The State Controller's Office intends to award a three-year SaaS license agreement for Workiva government financial reporting applications to Advanced Technical Solutions, Inc. The contract includes multiple Workiva applications for financial reporting and management with a total budget over $2 billion.

Description

The Contractor shall provide the State Controller's Office (SCO) State Accounting and Reporting Division (SARD) with a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) license for use of the following Workiva applications for Government: SLED Financial Reporting Advanced - Over $2B Total Budget, SLED Policies & Procedures Solution - Over $2B Total Budget, SLED Management Reporting Suite - Over $2B Total Budget, Controls Management Essentials. The agreement term is three years with options to amend for additional funds. The agreement may be terminated by SCO with 30 days written notice. The awardee is Advanced Technical Solutions, Inc.
