Description

The Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma invites interested parties to submit offers for the purchase of the property described in this Request for Sale. The purchase is "as is, where is" with all faults, and the sale is final with no warranties. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and for pick-up and transport of the property. The purchase contract becomes binding once the seller notifies the buyer of selection. The University may withdraw the Request for Sale or reject all offers without penalty.
