Description

CytoAgents is developing CTO1681 for the prevention and treatment of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) associated with CAR T-cell therapy. The project includes a Phase 1b trial and plans for a Phase 2a trial in multiple myeloma patients. CTO1681 aims to reduce CRS severity, improve patient outcomes, and expand access to CAR T-cell therapy.
