Services will include the following scope of work for two (2) Kitchen cleanings to be completed during 2025-2026 school year. Cleaning of interior & exterior of ovens and appliances. Cleaning gas grills. Clean bin of ice maker. Cleaning of closet that houses water and dryer. Cleaning of storeroom and floors. Sweep & mop all hard flooring with degreaser. Scrub all floors. Wiping of walls. Polish all stainless-steel counters, refrigerators, stoves and appliances December 2025; To be completed over two visits Dec '25 & Apr '26 - 8 workers, 9 hours per cleaning. $44.60 per unit (2x) - Cost of supplies and equipment: $370.00 - Cost of strip and waxing of vinyl flooring: $227.60
