Scope: Preventive Maintenance to maintain warranty from Perma-Chink - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision . - Wash Fort Museum, both Block Houses and the Gun House with Perma-Chink Log Wash with less than 1000psi. Then apply Check Mate II to all log checks greater than 1/4" and fill and treat all bee holes. Then, 1 Advanced Exterior Clear Topcoat coat will be applied to all log exteriors of the 4 structures. Excludes clear coating of fascia, wooden siding on gables, decks, deck steps, railings, window trim, door trims, cedar shakes, fence log surfaces that have not been previously included in any of our work, or any other work areas that were not part of the original treatment in 2021.
