Description

Creativity Effect's Consultant Contract for October 2024 - September 2025 will continue the implementation of innovation projects and training. We will also implement newly designed innovation initiatives for 2025. As part of this contract, we will continue to provide ongoing monitoring and support for the overall Orange County innovation initiative. 1. Continue to build out and implement the county's Innovation Lab (physical, mobile, virtual) through programs to meet the innovation needs to all areas of Orange County. 2. Train and support county-wide innovation Ambassador program. 3. Expand complexity of innovation projects. 4. Increase the Innovation Lab Train-the-Trainer program to expand facilitation core across the county. 5. Creation of videos for training, marketing and skill building purposes. 6. Track, monitor, and publish innovation outcomes and stories. 7. Advise and support newly trained Innovation Ambassadors to complete departmental roll-out innovation strategies. 8. Provide on-demand workshops and oversight to address county identified human centered challenge. 9. Create materials and coaching program for newly hired Innovation Lab employees. 10. Assist in the facilitation of design thinking projects running through the Orange County Innovation Lab. 11. Attend regular meetings with County Innovation Oversight Team(s) and assigned staff.
