Scope: Parking lot re-pavement | W.O. #3271450 . Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Management Pedestrian and Traffic Control: The parking lot and connector street area will be closed for approximately one week. Demolition of existing asphalt pavement and base on the northeast corner of the building as shown on the attached drawing. Haul off demolition debris. Install approximately 8 tons of crushed granite rock in the asphalt demolition area; based on supplier product availability, the stone will best match color and size. Asphalt milling at all tie-in connection limits, as shown on the attached drawing, to provide a smooth transition from new asphalt to existing asphalt and building area, clean up and haul off milling debris - Charge is based on small quantity and minimum mobilization. Asphalt overlay of the parking area - limits are shown on the attached drawing with a 1" SP-9.5 asphalt pavement mix - The charge is based on a minimum small quantity Restripe existing parking stalls and re-install existing concrete wheel stops - no new wheel stops are included, approx 16 stalls are onsite in the work area.
