Description

This project aims to investigate the mechanisms by which progesterone and embryo signals influence the 3D structure of the uterus to facilitate successful implantation and pregnancy. Using confocal imaging and 3D analysis in mouse models and human subjects, the study will explore how uterine folding is regulated developmentally and hormonally, and how abnormalities in structure may lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes.
