Description
This project aims to define the mechanism of RIT1 mutations in lung cancer and test new treatment strategies, including anti-YAP1/TEAD and anti-mitotic therapies. It focuses on lung adenocarcinomas with RIT1 mutations which act as gain-of-function mutations promoting cellular transformation and drug resistance.
