SCOPE OF SERVICES The Senior WebFOCUS Systems Consultant resource and a Senior WebFOCUS Consultant resource shall work at the direction of the Clients point of contact, commencing on or after January 15th, 2026. TASKS The following tasks will be performed under this Statement of Work: WebFOCUS 9.3x Migration (2 Non-Prod and 1 Prod environnements) : * Review existing infrastructure/architecture. * Review infrastructure requirements for new Windows environment and required access. * Prerequisites/Pre-Installation Checks * Install 8207 WebFOCUS Client on a Temp server to migrate the 8203 repositories. * Migrate 8203 WebFOCUS Client Content to WebFOCUS 8207 & Testing (These above two steps are required and recommended steps for moving from 8203 to 9.3x version) * WebFOCUS 9.3x Client & Reporting Server Installation on new server. * Migrate the Reporting Server content to the new server. * Configure the Adapter(s) * Post-installation Tasks/Configuration Checks/Test * Set up and activate resource analyzer/performance monitor in new WebFOCUS 9.3x Production environment * Update the process documentation for: o Repository or environment refreshes for non-production o Synching reports from non-production to Production * Create an updated architecture diagram (Production/Non-production) and Black Book WebFOCUS 9.3x Remediation : * Upgrade two WebFOCUS portals in new version. * Remediation of key reports. * Configuring AppStudio with the new envionments ______________
