Material RTU-3 Make: Mammoth, Model: CLDHHRBEFP-2402X-1081, Serial #:338672-03 Subject: Replace BMCC And Inverter RTU-3 Compressor#2 SCOPE OF WORK: Replace BMCC and inverter for compressor#2 RTU-3 as detailed below: Arrive on site with materials and check in with customer. Shut down unit lock out tag out electrical power source to compressor#2. Isolate Compressor from refrigerant circuit; transfer refrigerant from compressor back into system. (Provided valves hold). Disassemble top side of compressor to gain access to existing Inverter. Remove Inverter from compressor, and install new OEM Inverter. Check for leaks and reinstall top side components. Remove and replace BMCC, recommission compressor. Disconnect the faulty return air damper actuator. Install the new actuator and reconnect the wiring. Remove and replace battery in there pro 812 U controller. Secure all into place and safe off. Restore power and test unit for proper operation. Inform the customer of any additional repair findings. Clean jobsite from all trash and debris caused by scope. NOTE: OEM replacement part lead time is 10-weeks, lead time subject to change.
