Description
The initial term of this Agreement shall be coterminous with the Riviera Agreement and consists of a claim processing period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on April 14, 2025. The Riviera Agreement includes the option to renew for up to an additional five (5) one (1) year periods. If the Riviera Agreement is renewed, CLIENT shall also have the option to extend the Initial Term for an equal period of time, provided that CLIENT gives ADPI notice of its election to renew sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the then current term.
