Description
This project aims to develop a mobile application that delivers personalized encouragement and data-driven health insights based on blood sugar, exercise, mood, and sleep patterns to help people with type 1 diabetes exercise more frequently and confidently. The research will include stages of intervention development, refinement, modification, and testing, culminating in a clinical trial and analysis of biobehavioral data to identify subtypes and predictors of intervention response.
