Description

OCCC Building #13 Scope of work: 1. Set up proper safety needed per OSHA standards. 2. Locate 150 LF of damaged low hanging rusted gutter located along front section of building remove all gutter and down spout and remove properly off site. 3. Install new shop fabricated 6-inch box gutter for a total of 150 LF along with 80 LF down spout and properly seal and secure back to match as best as possible. 4. Inspect both bottom corners at gutter and wall meeting point and apply new metal flat stock in corner and seal and secure to prevent any more driving rain intrusion. 5. Locate 150 LF of rusted out panels along seams and metal transitions from ponding water. 6. Clean seams and apply rust inhibitor over affected areas and apply Henrys Butter grade silicone over all seams totaling in 150 LF. 7. Clean and remove all ARI trash and debris and haul off site properly.
