MATERIAL AND LABOR - - SCOPE OF WORK We propose to install a new sloped roof at oak meadows to stop water from settling and leaking. We will have a engineer to design the new roof structure. Then we will order trusses to have framing completed per engineer, a crane will be used on site to lift trusses, a dumpsteronsite, all decking completed, nail off and underlayment then install shingles to match other buildings. Clean site and remove dumpster JUSTIFICATION: NEW ROOFING IS NEEDED ON THE SERVICE PUMP BUILDING TO HELP STOP CONTINIOUS LEAKING THAT WILL AFFECT INTERIOR AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AT OAK MEADOWS.
