The Electrophysiology Core (Core C) will provide services for in vitro electrophysiological studies using tools such as optogenetics and calcium imaging. It will prepare brain slices, conduct patch-clamp recordings, circuit mapping, and calcium imaging, as well as perform histology and data analysis. This core supports multiple projects that lack in-house electrophysiology capabilities.
