Description

This is an ATF Payment request for a Gravely mower repair. Coastal Equip. was contacted by supervisor Corey Ploucher for a diagnostic test to follow with a quote, Vendor picked up mower and when Corey called to follow up on quote he was told the repairs had been completed and that the vendor misunderstood. Corey then reiterated the process we follow for repairs which require quotes and then authorization once a PO has been approved. We have a BPO with this vendor and was aware that the cost would likely exceed the balance which is why Corey requested a quote prior to services being provided.
